All audio materials, found on the CDonPC.ru musical server, are provided as per terms: of the

- license agreement with "Federation of legal owners on collective management of Copyrights on usage of products in the Interactive Mode" 040/ZM-07
- agreement with OOO «Content and right» ¹ A-24.

Under the License agreement, CDonPC.ru musical server pays license fees for all downloaded materials, subjected to the Law of Russian Federation "On Copyright and Related rights".
All downloaded materials provide for private use only and could be used for replication, renting, public reproduction, transfer or selling to the third party. Users incure sole responsibility for any use and distribution of all materials received from cdonpc.ru according to the national legislation in each user's country of residence.
